For a shoe addict like myself, finding a cool shoe store is enough of a treat - but when you add in shoes that look like high-end designer labels, but cost a fraction of the price, I'm ecstatic.
While Bakers certainly isn't a new kid on the block, they were new to me, and now that I've found them, I'm sure to be visiting often.
In addition to carrying some of the hottest brands around, like Diesel, Bebe and Rocket Dog, Bakers has their own line of shoes - for me, this is where the real treat lies.
A recent trip to their web site revealed beaded velvet thongs marked down to $30; embroidered knee-high boots for only $70; and about 20 or so other styles I fell in love with before I finally forced to back away from the computer.

I am obsessed with Bakers shoes, I wasn’t aware of their website tho! =) My boyfriend is going to kill me, but I can’t help coming out of Bakers with a good find everytime -they always have the most unique styles you can’t find anywhere else.
Aren’t they great? I wasn’t even aware of their stores until recently, as the local one is in a mall I rarely shopped at – but now I’m totally hooked. I especially love their dress shoes .. and their prices. We must continue to spread the word!
Haven’t shopped in Bakers in a long time. Last month bought a purse and after one week the handle fell off. I brought it back with my receipt only to be told once something is USED they will not take it back. Well unless I use something, how will I know that it doesnt fall apart. I will NEVER shop in a store like that with a return policy so ridiculous.
