I purchased a pair of Echo Gore-Tex shoes several years ago. I’ve only worn them three times and the last time the soles degenerated. I understand these shoes are guaranteed. What do I need to do or whom to contact to either get re-imbursed or have the shoes replaced? Anxiously awaiting to hear from your. Bill Schubert
I have a new pair of shoes and the soles on both shoes just fell apart this is the second time this has happend. How do i send them back to the company?

Of course, if you’re within your return period, you should contact the store you purchased from.
If not (or if you don’t receive a satisfactory response), you can try contacting the customer service department for the manufacturer.
In this case, you also probably want to check and see whether the shoes carry the label “Ecco” or “Ecko” — there is a difference.
