Extreme Heels Photo Gallery

With straight 5" heels finished in a shiny chrome shade and a price tag of over $500, these heels qualify as "extreme" in more ways than one.

And while most of the shoes in my Extreme Heels Photo Gallery aren't quite as unique or expensive as these open-toed pumps, most of them are more wearable, and they're all worth a look -- because extreme heels are hot this season.
