Flat Boots for Fall

You know how I love sexy heels, but I have to admit, when it comes to boots, I'm all about flats.

For one thing, I want my boots to be able to take me all the way through Winter. In my part of the world, that means I'll likely be wearing them in conditions that are less than ideal for heels, like snow and ice. And trust me, I have enough trouble on slick surfaces without adding stilettos to the mix.

But beyond the way they function, I love the way flat boots look. I like that they're so at home with jeans, but that they also play so well with casual skirts and dresses.

This Fall, I'll be able to easily feed my addiction, as mod boots, biker boots, and other low-heeled styles are all the rage.
