Color lovers have a lot to be happy about this coming spring: in addition to the fact that neon accents are making an appearance, there is also a slew of less-acidic-but-still-bright footwear to choose from; and of course, the biggest color trend in women's shoes is the return of pretty pastels -- especially shades of mint and peach.
