| I love the contemporary design and curvy lines of these Elie Tahari shoes. The most difficult decision I had, was choosing which version of these awesome wedges to make my Shoes of the Day. I chose the black because it's so powerful and dynamic, and the gold trim really pops. But the cumin yellow version with brown trim is equally compelling in a totally different way. But big shoes like can look bulky -- especially in all black. Pairing them with shorter skirts and dresses, or wide-legged pants will help balance out the heft of the shoes.
