Whatever the case, there are several reasons you might want to make contact with me, and there are several ways of doing so.
How to Make Contact
As a general rule, questions about shoe fashions; style questions; resource questions and questions about how to find something on this site will probably receive quicker answers if they are posted to the Forums.Topic suggestions, broken links or problems using the site should be sent via email to: shoes.guide@about.com.
First, check the FAQs below, and then use the appropriate option for your query or suggestion.

Q. How do I find what I'm looking for?
A. You can use the menu bar on the left side of your screen to navigate through various topics relating to shoes. If you're looking for a boot, try the boot category first, and so on.
If you still can't find what you're looking for, you might want to try asking on the Forums.
Q. What are these Forums you keep talking about?
A. The Forums are basically message boards, where visitors can post their thoughts, ideas and questions pertaining to shoes. I check the forums on a regular basis, but other visitors might also be able to help out. And if you know the answer to someone else's question, don't be shy, lend them a hand!
The Forums can be accessed by clicking here. You'll need to register if it's your first visit, but don't worry, it only takes a second!
Q. Do you actually read your email?
A. Yes! I read every bit of email I receive, and value your input and suggestions. However, due to the fact that I receive a lot of email, I may not be able to respond to every letter.
Q. I have a question about what shoes to wear with what outfit, do I send that to you?
A. Your first, and quickest option would be to check the Shoe FAQs.
If you don't find an answer to your question there, you can send me an email, but since I may not be able to respond, a better choice would be to post it on the Forums. In addition to the fact that I will probably see it there, you may run across another member who has been exactly in your shoes, so to speak, and will be able to help with your dilemma.
Q. I run (or know about) the world's greatest shoe site, will you link to it?
