Nothing has quite the breath-taking impact of a pair of stunning, floral stockings or tights. But resist the urge to mix them with other floral or patterned items. Instead, opt for solids and textured fabrics.
The simplest approach successfully mastering this look is to take your shoe cue from the colors in the tights - but you have choices. You can match black or neutral shoes to your skirt or hemline; or pick up one of the colors from the tights, and match your shoes and top to it.
