Regular readers will know that my obsession with shoe boxes and organizers is second only to my obsession with shoes. And recently I had the pleasure of trying out my new favorite way to keep my footwear organized: the Shoebby.

Clear Shoe Boxes

When it comes to shoe boxes, I have a very simple theory: clear is cool.

Not only is it a great way to show off what's inside the boxes, but it eliminates a lot of guesswork and frustration -- and I'm simply not organized enough to do the whole "polaroid taped to the side of the box" thing.

Store, See, Stack & Carry Your Shoes

So, I have a thing for clear shoe boxes -- and there are several great ones out there to choose from. So when Lisa Kim, founder of Shoebby, sent me samples of her product, I wasn't expecting to be so impressed.

But impressed I was. In fact, it seemed as if she'd somehow read a shoe box wish list that I hadn't even thought to compose.

Stackable, crystal clear boxes; little rubber feet to keep them in place; a hole in the end that lets you slide out the inner "drawer" without having to pull out the whole box ... and are you ready for this? A handle.

Simple? Yes ... simply marvelous.

Now I can store my shoes, stack my shoes, see my shoes, and even carry my shoes, without ever having to take them from their perfect little plastic boxes. I'm truly in love.

Shoe Box Options

With a special introductory price of $5.99 per box, Shoebby is also available in a ribbed translucent style, and colored versions will be available in the near future.

Shoe sellers and designers might also be interested in customized versions of the Shoebby.
