How Keep my Feet from Sliding Forward in My Shoes?

By Desiree Stimpert, About.com

Question: How Keep my Feet from Sliding Forward in My Shoes?
Answer: Heels slipping in shoes is very common, but there are a few products out there that might help.

First, a company called Foot Petals makes a couple of different inserts that help prevent blister-causing friction, but also help to keep your feet in place inside your shoes. Both of these products are listed below, and they also have several other items that are worth checking out. I've also heard of people using double-sided tape. But if you go that route, be sure to use something that is safe for skin contact, like toupee tape.

Vapon makes tape strips call "Topstick" that might be ideal.
