It's hard to believe that in a world where people actually like to try their shoes on, online shoe stores have become so popular.
But I have to admit, when I think about the size, brand, style, and color selection available from my favorite online shoe stores, it's easy to see why.
There are many great shoe stores on the web to choose from. Here are some of my favorites.
1. Zappos.com
Hands-down, my favorite online shoe store. Great selection, lightning-fast shipping, and fabulous customer service. I don't know what I did before Zappos.com.Women | Men | Kids
2. Endless.com
Amazon.com has always been one of my favorite web sites, and hardly a day passes that I don't visit for one reason or another. So it isn't terribly shocking that when they launched an online store devoted entirely to shoes, it also made my list of favorite sites -- in fact, I now visit Endless.com on a daily basis too.There are loads of great deals to be had on major brand names and a few designer labels, and overnight shipping is free. What's not to love?

With savings of up to 75 percent off, this has quickly become one of my favorite places to shop. It's not the easiest site in the world to navigate, but their search works well, and the prices are so good, I will put up with the minor inconvenience.Women | Men | Kids
4. DSW.com
As a DSW addict, it should come as no surprise that I jumped all over the opportunity to shop online with them when they launched their retail web site in the Spring of 2008. I was happy to find that their site has as many good deals as their stores do, and an even better selection than some of the brick-and-mortar stores I've visited.Women | Men
5. Shoes.com
Another must-stop, Shoes.com carries some brands I can't find elsewhere, plus they have a lot of variety, great prices, and killer sales.Women | Men | Kids
6. BakersShoes.com
Bakers Shoes carries a lot of hot brand names, but my favorite shoes here are actually their own brand. Reasonably priced, and always spot on trendy, I adore Bakers Shoes.Women
7. eBay.com
It's sometimes a bit of a jungle, but when I'm having trouble finding a pair of shoes I've decided I must have, I always check eBay. I've made numerous footwear purchases there, (both used and new stock), and I've saved a bundle. Be sure to check feedback, and ask any questions before bidding.Women | Men | Girls | Boys
8. Nordstrom.com
Carrying a great mix of mid-priced, and higher priced brands, Nordstrom is an awesome place to check for shoes that are really hot, and really "now." They also have a nice selection of athletic shoes.Women | Men | Kids

An absolute "must-see" for bargain hunters, this is also a great site to check for all those styles you just missed out on.Women | Men
10. FamousFootwear.com
Anytime I'm asked about a certain type of shoe that need to be under a certain price, FamousFootwear.com is the first place I check.
