As far as I'm concerned, these Via Spiga boots are just about perfect in every way. They're extremely tall when they're not cuffed, but can also be folded down for women who prefer them to hit below the knees; and despite being flats, they're as sophisticated as just about any heeled boots I've ever seen.
Streamlined enough to look dressy with skirts or dresses, these boots could also go casual with a pair of skinny jeans or leggings. I'm crazy about the caramel suede version, but these boots are verstatile enough that I'd like a pair in black as well. (Buy Direct)
